| In this lesson you’ll learn about a place that is crucial to your travels in this modern age: the Internet café! Normally, you find Internet cafés in the big main cities. In hotels and cafés, Wi-Fi is usually part of the service. |

| You might just need a password in order to connect. You could ask “Excuse me, what is the password to use the Internet?” |
| Mă scuzați care este parola pentru internet? is the question that will help you out. |
| Let’s break it down: |
| (slow) Mă scu-zați, ca-re es-te pa-ro-la pen-tru in-ter-net? |
| Once more: |
| Mă scuzați, care este parola pentru internet? |
| Mă scuzați is “Excuse me.” |
| Care means “which”. |
| The word Este, just like we said in the previous lessons, is the present tense form of the verb that means “to be”. |
| Parola means “the password”. |
| (slow) Pa-ro-la. |
| Parola. |
| The last words, pentru internet, mean “for Internet”. |
| (slow) Pen-tru in-ter-net. |
| Pentru internet. |
| If you don’t carry your laptop around, you might like to ask the reception counter how much the connection costs for one hour. |
| “Excuse me, how much does it cost to use Internet for one hour?” |
| Mă scuzați, cât costă internetul pentru o oră? |
| Let’s break it down: |
| (slow)Mă scu-zați, cât cos-tă in-ter-ne-tul pen-tru o o-ră? |
| Once more: |
| Mă scuzați, cât costă internetul pentru o oră? |
| Cât means “how much”. |
| Costă is a present tense form of the verb that means “to cost”. |
| Internetul is translated as “the internet”. |
| (slow) In-ter-ne-tul. |
| Internetul. |
| And at the end we have the three words pentru o oră which literally mean “for one hour”. |
| (slow) Pen-tru o o-ră. |
| Pentru o oră. |
| “Excuse me, how much does it cost to use Internet for one hour?” |
| Mă scuzați, cât costă internetul pentru o oră? |
| The answer will probably sound something like this: |
| Un leu și cincizeci de bani pentru o oră. |
| “One leu and fifty bani for one hour.” |
